A sidewalk, a cup, a moment to keep.
Raseef opened as a single counter and three stools facing the street — named for the sidewalk itself, the place where a city slows down long enough to talk.
We roast in small batches, pull every shot to order, and treat the bar like a stage: nothing rushed, nothing wasted.
A decade on, the counter is longer and the room is warmer, but the idea hasn't moved an inch — good coffee is worth standing still for.
